Description

Rough Country is looking for a talented photographer to add to the marketing team. If you are a professional photographer capable of shooting high-quality photos in both studio and outdoor environments, we want to hear from you.   

LOCATION: 
Rough Country Head Quarters in Dyersburg, TN 

SUMMARY: 
Responsible for photographing products for the internet and catalogs fast-paced environment. Candidates must submit a portfolio or examples of their work demonstrating a working knowledge of photography, including lighting, and composition, to be considered. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Photography of Rough Country products within a studio. Example products: Complete Lift Kits, Shocks, Tires, Wheels, Bed Covers, etc.  

  • Transition frequently between studio and other locations as the work requirements demand. 

  • Individuals must have a well-developed skill set to understand photo direction with the ability to execute lighting requirements quickly and effectively. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: 

  • 2+ years of professional photography experience.   

  • Experience with products within a studio environment is a plus. 

  • Experience with vehicle photography is a plus. 

  • A portfolio of work is required.   

  • Experience working with current DSL Camera equipment.   

SKILLS & ABILITIES: 

  • Must be able to work as a team in a creative group environment, work independently and be self-motivated as needed 

  • Must be able to follow layouts and written photo directions with great attention to detail 

  • Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop or comparable.  

  • Good verbal, written communication, and organizational skills 

  • Occasionally lift and move up to 50lbs 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

  • Individuals must be able to work in an environment with speedy turnaround times. 

  • Must be available to work some overtime and/or weekends with the ability to maintain an established work schedule.
