Job Description

Rough Country LLC is currently accepting resumes for people interested in joining our tooling team. We are seeking team members with the following experience and skills:

Plant Maintenance

• Experienced with pneumatic machines
• PC controlled machinery troubleshooting
• Pneumatic cylinder rebuilding
• Electrical troubleshooting 120v 1ph-480v 3ph
• Preventative maintenance planning and execution
• Machining & fabrication skills
• Replacement part sourcing/ordering
• Safe Experience Using:

• CNC equipment
• Welders- MIG/TIG
• Handheld Power Tools
• General shop equipment
• Test equipment

Creativity thinking:

• Be able to quickly switch between priorities and skill sets as priorities are identified
• Agility and eagerness to embrace change
• Adaptive to multiple processes
• Ability to improvise and think on the move
   

Our team members are:

• Safety motivated
• Detail oriented
• Able to regularly move objects between 10-50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time
• Able to read, understand and execute verbal and written direction

Job Type: Full-time, Monday – Thursday 10 hours/day, possibility of overtime
