Job Summary:
The 3rd Shift Shipping Supervisor will manage all processes within Order Processing team, and will be responsible for overseeing all personnel, equipment and facility planning and will be accountable for running a safe, efficient and productive team.  As Rough Country continues to expand, the 3rd Shift Shipping Supervisor will need to ensure our warehousing footprint is adequate to support our customers’ needs - taking into consideration people, materials, equipment, and quality.

The role will be responsible for setting goals for individual process areas and ensuring results are meeting expectations of the customer and Rough Country.  Oversight of the following functions/processes will be required:  personnel and staffing, inventory control, facility cleanliness, equipment audits, and accountability for additional Order Processing, AMZN fulfillment, receiving, restock.

The 3rd Shift Shipping Supervisor will need to promote team work and have excellent communication skills, and develop the team.   The operations leader is a high-energy, experienced person who can communicate effectively with interdepartmental staff and help an organization meet its goals of shipping EVERY ORDER EVERY DAY

Requirements:

Prior supervision required, with multiple-shift accountability preferred

Self-starter and able to engage with team members and across the organization

Exposure to warehouse layouts and inventory flow fundamentals

Expert proficiency in Accellos, SAP, Excel – with effective communication skills
