Job Title: Manufacturing Tech II / III
Job Type: Operations 
Location: Dyersburg, TN 
 

1. Loading and unloading of parts into fixtures
2. Inspect materials to insure conformity to specifications
3. Measure and Inspect conformity of parts to prints
4. Work efficiently to meet daily department performance goals

Requirements:

• Self starter – ability to work with minimal supervision, above average attendance, ability to perform basic skills (reading, writing, math), above average communication skills, safety oriented with no prior safety violations, demonstrate good housekeeping rules and procedures, exhibit diplomacy with management, and peers, ability to work extended hours as needed to fulfill orders on a daily basis, train additional personnel as needed, assist in other areas of the plant as needed.

Specific Qualifications Include:

1. Strong mechanical aptitude
2. Ability to accurately use measuring instruments (calipers, square, micrometer, etc.)
3. Ability to use hand and power tools (wrenches, screw drivers, etc.)
4. Ability to lift 50lbs, frequently
5. Manual welding experience required.
