Job Title: 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Location: Dyersburg, TN

Reporting To: Manufacturing Facility Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time Salary

Hours: 2 pm to 11 pm

Position Summary

The 2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor at the East Court location is responsible for ensuring the safety, efficiency, and productivity of manufacturing operations. Key responsibilities include managing inventory, leading personnel, and maintaining smooth shift operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership:
  • Train and develop employees across various plant areas to promote versatility and performance.
  • Maintain professional communication and foster a positive work environment.
  • Lead and motivate all teams to meet production goals. 
  • Communicate effectively across departments and shifts.
• Compliance and Safety:
  • Enforce company policies, workplace safety regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all teams.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure proper material handling practices.
• Hands-On Leadership:
  • Actively work alongside the team when necessary to ensure shift goals are met.
  • Demonstrate full understanding and ability to perform all roles being supervised.
