• Job Summary:
  The 3rd shift Supervisor will be responsible for all 3rd shift operations for the packaging team.  The 3rd shift supervisor will also oversee all inventory and personnel issues and be responsible for running a safe, efficient, and productive shift.

Requirements:

• Self starter – high energy, ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to use Accellos, SAP, Excel, Word, etc., above average communication skills, safety oriented, exhibit diplomacy with both management and peers, ability to work extended hours as needed, train personnel in all areas as needed, assist in other areas of the plant as needed, ability to read and understand prints, must have proven ability to manage/motivate employees.

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Organizational Leadership preferred

• Must have had previous supervisory experience, 3+ years preferred
• Must have knowledge of continuous improvement or LEAN manufacturing principles
• Must have a basic understanding of OSHA and OSHA guidelines
