Web Developer
Rough Country LLC is seeking an experienced web developer with a well-rounded skill set. The prospective candidate would work as part of our team to continuously improve performance, functionality, and enhance the overall customer experience on current and future websites. This candidate would ideally have experience in PHP coding, analyzing and designing MySQL/SQL databases, writing proper SQL queries and indexes for optimal performance, creating web pages using HTML(5), CSS(3), JavaScript/jQuery, and Ajax.
We are interested in an individual who is a quick learner and is comfortable multi-tasking; who enjoys having the flexibility to work on all aspects of product development.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3+ years PHP experience
- Experience with relational databases (SQL, MYSQL)
- Proficiency with HTML(5), JavaScript/jQuery, CSS(3)
- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical staff
- Knowledge of Magento is a plus
Position/Location/Compensation
- Compensation based on experience
- Must be able to legally work in the U.S.
- This is a full-time position that will allow candidate to work remotely or on-site. Occasional visits to our Dyersburg, TN facilities will be required
